A bold and bright new office space designed for a creative team of Music and Event promoters in the Bay of Plenty.

The ever expanding and high energy machine behind New Zealand's biggest music events, such as Bay Dreams, One Love, SoundSplash and Summer of Disco needed a new, larger and more fit for purpose office space to house their growing team and festival equipment.

The brief was "Give us a Google Office!!".... "Bold, bright, creative and fun to be in 24 hours a day." was the next sentence in the briefing meeting.

By dividing the large double height, multi level space into work and play zones, 2 'pods' were built to accomodate the request for many and varying types of meeting and chill out spaces for the staff to use.

The Welcome Pod, houses a coffee bar and meeting area on ground level, with a second meeting space on the roof.

The 'Work pod' houses a collaboration desk cluster on ground floor, with Personal Assistant work stations on the roof top.

As well as bold colour and strong forms, the space has been saturated with wall graphics and imagery relating to the long list of festivals produced from this space.
